Had ECT yesterday. Was asked 'you don't have any of these do you' (referring to SH and SI) when they were doing my ob's beforehand. Just said no. The guy had started kicking the boxes before I even replied.

No reply from psych. Guess it's now 7 weeks without her.

Home alone atm. Emotions running high.

Just feels like back to where I was ages ago @tyme and I know how that ended.

My main help is going away. We were meant to work out how I was going to get through the weeks without her at our appt. on Monday. Looks like thats not happening now.

I took my mum up the street and bumped into someone I knew. Did the small talk with a smile. I hate going up there on weekends. Way too many people.

Lucky I took her to vote the other day so I could avoid it today.

At home now at least. My head is so full.

I am here with you @Snowie Sitting in a lovely hotel room in Darwin and thinking of you. I should go outside but the bed is too comfortable after 2 nights in a cabin on a train.
