If go to dentist  SA dental  caps fees at $70 has to be an emergency  just talk up  pain. Get appt then get voucher.  Make sure dentist  will take it. I did have to go to specialist  for one.  Didn't try that route. May have got something.  I paid like 400 gap with extras @MissGremlin  so register  at govt dental if you haven't  and talk to dentist  .

@TAB i tried to get a voucher through the Salvos but could never get through even though I tried for months.

check with SA dental if you are on waiting list maybe . not sure how it works if has to be done in hospital. ask them maybe @MissGremlin

@TAB yeah SA dental is who did the referral to the Adelaide dental hospital and then they organise doing the procedure in hospital. Unfortunately there's no way they can help with the costs as it's already reduced being through the public system.

@GezzaP thats good 8 hours is good. I'm just unblocking and healing my chakras again nothing much to unblock really. When I first started doing it there was a kind of tension pressure over them and then they just popped open. Took about an hour to unblock each chakra. They have been good to go ever since but thought Id do it again today. When you walk down the street with all your chakras unblocked its like a breeze that flows right through you & everything is more fluid. Oh well I'll go back and do some more now

Yeah I feel much better with a proper night of sleep @SmilingGecko . Glad your chakras clearing is working for you. Had my cleaner here today so place is relatively clean - still messy though. I’m watching footy again. Have a good afternooj.

i lit the fire early afternoon , wood still wet , ugh took forever to get going.

Walked to shops 2nd time like this year lol ok walked most of the way another 2 times. am pretty happy with how it went today, was breathing bit hard tho, guess I barely walk at all, so understandable. def dont need fire now, bit wary of going into lounge rm lol . ok just to make sure its still going plus crack a window and a door for now. have to hang washing out , and thats me for the day . 

Question for bonus points .. do rail crossing w flashing lights still make ringing noise ? I was on foot at rail crossing and thought it odd that it was quiet. Dunno.
