I've just bought one of these today to unblock meridians in my stomach. Apparently if your stomach meridians are blocked you hold onto weight around your abdomen.  Learnt it from a traditional chinese doctor. I'll give it a go me thinks.

I dislike my chemist just down the street - one of the main pharmacists like acting like she knows more than ol me - which is not the problem but she’s usually 100 short changing or writes my medication all wrong …..

yeah, lost count of times had hassles at local chemist, oh , too early  etc etc never had same trouble anywhere else across aust. they were wrong 90%of time. worst assistant left , another one who was all matey ignores me now after run in @PeppyPatti  so I would run out of meds cos think gee better not go there til got like 4 tablets left .. so then they told me off for not putting it in early enough.No reply to that. couldnt win lol

@SmilingGecko Big cook up here today - lamp shank with veggies and banana bread. Still got to do lamb fillet and snags. Lots of leftovers for me this week. Frustrated as two apps on phone not working on phone and don’t have them on my computer to try that. Internet working fine. Was on phonevto technical support for too long and they were no help. Have asked friend to help but he is lazy. Hope you are ok and slept. I didn’t sleep well again.
