@TAB have been following a 75 year old fitness influencer on you tube. She does not look a day over 50. Covered in muscle and looks amazing in a cocktail dress! She uses a few [edited by moderator] weights and shows people how to build strength and muscle with easy to follow routines. I bought the weights from K-mart and its been incredible the workouts I've been able to do only just with a few [edited by moderator] handheld weights. You can do arms, legs and menopausal belly. Theres a stack more but I feel great after her routines.

Hey tabalugans fell askeep in arm chair ha ha. Took extra anti-mania tablet and gine to bed. About to put vicks on chest and nostrils. Stocked up on tissues near bed as got the sniffles. Hay fever tablets didn’t work so could be a cold devrlopiing. Trying to swest it out as don’t want to cancel appt with eye surgeon Tuesday.

@GezzaP I should add that as well as roof restoration 25k also 8ncludes new gullies, guttering and sofits which have been damaged. The roof guy spent 3 days cleaning and repairing/replacing the tiles.

Once all the repairs have been completed I am going to look into solar panels.

@Glisten the green gutters are sitting on my front lawn as we speak. I decided to keep the original colours. 

I thought it might be too much beige if I did the gutters the same as the windows. 

I have mucho plans for my little house in the 'Vegas. 

The kitchen and dining area has cork flooring and I need to keep that in mind when I renovate the living room.

I'll try and draw a mud map for you so you have a bit of an idea of the layout. I'm thinking cool colours like what's already there - replacing the floor with hybrid or vinyl, new curtains and of course a matching sofa.
