@Meowmy Mood ok but still manic but very tired. Managed a lovely 20 minute cat nap. Got either hay fever or a cold. Applying strong medicine in case a cold. Just put track pants and ugg boots on to try to sweat it out. Back more relaxed from snooze.  Frustrated with my flakey internet today. Just put track pants and ugg boots on in case what I thought was hay fever is in fact a cold developing. Drinking

fluids. Had chicken for lunch had to cook it cause it thawed out when I was defrosting my freezer. Have to cook lamb shank tomorrow. If got the energy I’ll make banana bread with overripe bananas

@GezzaP hey Gezza, sounds you have done a good job to manage your back, mood and meat and banana. Hope tomorrow will be good with banana bread making. Afternoon is hard trying to manage mood. And to realise some bad habits since childhood and manage mood better. Just chilling for now. Wish you peace and calm.

Thanks @Meowmy . I’m coping but it’s hard. Might have comfort food for dinner ie a baked spud with butter, spring onions,  cheese, sour cream and chives and seasoning. If it wasn’t so wet I’d go get takeawwy Chinese. But need to cook up thawed out meat.  I’m ok just overtired. Nap really helped me feel better. Puss has come in and is keeping me toasty warm sitting on my lap. Have a good evening.

I’vr put track pants and ugg boots on @TAB @StuF @PeppyPatti @ENKELI @Meowmy @SmilingGecko . Think my hay fever is in fact a cold. Drinking lots of fluids to try to sweat it out. Will put vicks in chest and below nostrils when go to bed. Internet is driving me crazy (crazier ha ha) today.
