.. I did my old trick of back stretches @Meowmy , so having to be very careful dont hurt myself now, as it was a bit too much. it doesn;t seem like a Sunday here. not really looking forward to class on tuesday. then got heart appointment on thursday , so have to come back to Adelaide again, ha, well guess could stay 2 nights in motel, well , no, not worth it . bit down here if not obvious. Hydrating , but cant get comfortable. think only comfortable today is in bed, but have to stay up longer first, ha
