I'm late August and turned 45 :)). So I just had a b'day but was not a memorable one due to terrible migraine and all symptoms 😕 I am hyper sensitive physically to the wrong food, the wrong amount of caffeine (!) and if I'm doing too much. Emotional separation from family member has been nothing but a relief. But cannot work long term? feels like the lazy way out. Any thoughts?
