You have already done a fair bit this morning hun @Zoe7 . Sounds like it will be a really busy day for you hun. I am sure this kitten will bring her a lot of joy and happiness.

Have managed to drag myself out of bed and make a coffee. Enjoying the quiet time whilst everyone is still asleep!

Was going to try and do all my food shopping for xmas day today and have got to wash all the sheets today.

I do not have any shopping to do for christmas this year - my sister is going to do it all. She is keeping it simple though so not a lot to get. I hope it is not too busy out there for you and you can get it all done @Snowie 

Have put away the washing and made the bed now too - more boxes ticked 👍 Got a couple of things to iron later when they are dry and then it is all done. Off to have a shower now and head out to do the shopping for Mum. Hope you get everything done you need to today Hon - catch you later

@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Anastasia @Maggie Kitten picked up and settling into his new home. He slept on my lap all the way back so it was hard to give him up  He is absolutely adorable - loves pats, tickles and kisses and is very quiet. That may change as he gets used to his new home but that will take time. My sister looks very happy so I hope beyond hope that this little fella has a long and healthy life with them.

I of course am beyond tired now - 5 hours in the car today and I mowed the backyard when I came home. Looking forward now to a couple of days at home with my fur babies, LOTS of rest and planting myself in front of the tv/computer to watch what I like when I like 👍

ohh @Zoe7 he does sound adorable. I am glad your sister has got him. Know doubt Aunty Zoe will spoil him too!!!

Resting and spending time with your fur babies does sound like a good idea hun. I hope you can get a few days rest without worrying about work. Perhaps even a pj day! 😊

Planning on the next 2 days being jammies days @Snowie Then will go to Mum's on Wednesday( if it isn't raining) to start the gardening. I picked up dog food for her this morning but she doesn't need it in a hurry so if it is raining I can drop it off on Christmas day.

I need to find a picture frame for my dad's present this week but will do some online searching first to reduce the places I need to go. Got a birthday card for Mum this morning as well as the last of her present - now just waiting to see if my sister's turns up before christmas (very much doubting it will). Then I am done for christmas and can just enjoy the ay with family and new kitten 😺 I will of course have Toby with me so it will be interesting to see how he deals with kitten.

Sounds like you have christmas and birthdays close together which is always hard present wise.

I have H and sister in laws birthdays in January so just feel like I get over Chrissy and I have to go present shopping again 😒

Mum's is very close to christmas but we try to spoil her just as much on that day so she doesn't miss out @Snowie This year will of course be very quiet as she is not well enough to go anywhere or do anything much at home. I think Christmas will take a lot out of her so very mindful to make her birthday special but quiet.

I have already set out my jammies for the next couple of days lol - but of course if Mum needs anything I will be there ...filled up the car, pumped up the tyres and checked oil and water today so good to go 👍 Was going to drive my sister today so she could have kitten on the way home but she wanted to drive - think she was nervous so was happy to let her because I got all the cuddles.

Tobes might be jealous but it will also be a good indication of how he would be with a kitten in our house too. The breeder is due 2 litters in the next couple of months and is going to send photos when they are born.
