Hi , hope you're okay. Counted it up yesterday, been in Perth 7 weeks now. Have got by when I have had to ie slow progress.

huge amount of rain, depression, were financial issues, living issues. Mostly sorted now. Just need to progress things a bit.
hope you're okay. Sorry re initial comment. Am in bed was thinking roll over and go back to sleep lol

Re: Checking In

@oceangirl   hi hunny i am okay. my tremors are bad so i cannot type for long. how are you going?

Re: Checking In

@oceangirl  yes @TAB s is right. the music thread is my favourite haunt these days 🙂

Re: Checking In

@greenpea why do you have tremors?

How are you? Thinking of you.

Re: Checking In

@TAB time has gone quick. Hope you start to make progress and do well. Is there much happening in Perth?

Re: Checking In

Thanks @oceangirl  I don't really go out a lot at the best of times

I'm just going to try and sort myself out a bit and get some work

them re-assess when I get things progressing

Re: Checking In

No worries @TAB . Write out a do list- I find it helps me.  I start work tomorrow at 7.30am. I know its probably not early for you. But I like to be at work early before my shift.  I'm not working Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Rooster goes up tomorrow for next week but things can be added each day. But they usually ask when at work or via message or phone call. What is the weather like in Perth? It was strong winds here today, its meant to be more calmer tomorrow. I better head off early start in the morning for me.

Re: Checking In

Yes lots of lists here. I don't usually put time limits on them though

@oceangirl

Yes , thought of work early this morning and told myself I couldn't picture it. But that's usually the case til you do it re me working then not working.

I understand getting there early . I prefer that too.
I applied for a local job a week or so ago, prob was above me but still was a bit peeved at no reply

think going to make 1-2 week plans and see where it takes me.

Re: Checking In

@TAB  Not tired yet. I find lists help me- I try to stick to a time frame but not always. Before having depression, I was able to complete things easier. Its good in a way that you don't put pressure on yourself. I'm hoping to get some more down time over the weekend.
