Got a really good nights sleep last night, woke up feeling a bit washed out after dental. I think I will enjoy a quiet gentle day today. I'm not placing any demands on myself.
@TAB yes the dentist gave me a whole sheet of information about extraction site aftercare. Don't remember her saying dry socket. But it was everything that was online about dry socket like you mentioned. Just had weetbix almond milk mush with blitzed poached pear. My ear has settled down a lot but will get it looked into
