I’m post menopausal @PeppyPatti . I get hot at night am more wobbly and am sleeping badly. Not helped by the fact that I’m hypomanic atm. Trying to go back to sleep for a few hours.

Good morning I managed to sleep for 4 1/2 hours. Hoping I can nap later. Will walk to local shop later. Also need to water the garden. Want to transplant an off shoot of cactus.

@AuntGlow   it went really well. she bought me a huge bunch of flowers which was really nice of her.  she is funny, has a beautiful smile honestly what i like about her is she is real not fake no posing for photos everything was natural.  it went really well and may it continue. thank you AuntGlow xxx
