Losing a psychiatrist you've seen for ten years, especially in the public system, is a loss of trust- I don't get it. 

Iv got to look up what established trust means but it feels like that too ....

 you're still giving plasma while dealing with this – that shows real inner strength.

It's like your choosing to choose live affirming choices ??
