The frittata was ok @GezzaP Its egg-free and made from any vegetables and a chickpea/water/herb base. Ive put the remainder in the freezer. Just working out when to leave the house for acupuncture appointment. Checking bus timetables now. Lawnmower man is on the roof and cat doesnt like it. She crouches and goes into submission when there are strangers about the place

I’m ok thanks @Meowmy . Although wish I could sleep better and longer. Maybe tonight. Hypomanic atm but not irritable anymore. In a good mood. Going to pub in an hour. Will have to put shorts on I think. The sun is warm. Being lazy now after lots of chores this morning. Have a good rest.

I'm leaving in another 10 minutes @GezzaP worked out the bus timetable. Its so annoying when parcels dont arrive when you hoped they would isnt it? We have a depot out in a industrial area which is impossible to get to without a car. If my parcels arent posted they wind up there. Had an iHerb delivery the other day, thankfully I was at home so didnt have to go to the rotten depot via taxi. I'm going to ring Auspost to see if they can leave it at a local post office in future. Will do that tomorrow
