Good Morning @GezzaP slept then woke up then more sleep. Feeling good today. Just had roast potato for breakfast. Have to shower then cook a frittata for lunch then head off to acupuncture this afternoon. Meridian tracing really is great when you feel off or have pain!!! Its just like acupuncture but DIY. I dont know if it would hurt your back but its been in my self care toolkit ever since I discovered it. I use it for welbeing and sleep. Heres the you tube video for meridian tracing if you may be interested. I'm going to do it this morning!

We need rain. It’s so dry that there’s no dew on the grass, it’s been like this for two weeks. Back to hand feeding livestock.

Hello @Glisten I have had days like that but having a big dosette box has been good. I'm glad I got it, its got pill compartments for both am and pm. Had it for years - good for days when your mind is elsewhere and youre not thinking straight, which reminds me I'm going to take my pills!!!

This is the pill box I have and by the way theyre not my pills!!! lol The closed above compartments are AM and the one filled with the pills is PM. Please check ebay if youre interested theres an assortment of different types of pill boxes to suit your needs
