is erratic. Did mention it to acupuncturist. See how I go Thursday when I see her again.

Got the watering system on in the garden. Have been to shop. Waiting for post office to open (she’s always late) . Will go there to post hospital pre-admission form, then go to chemist and finally back to shop cause I forgot one thing earlier. When I come home I will water plants not on irrigation system. 

Already done Spanish lessons this morning since I woke up so early. I also have to do my physio exercises still.

Good Morning @TAB SANE will be down from 10am today to implement the sign in changes so I thought I'd get in and say hello before then. Did you sleep well last night and what are you doing today? I'm just listening to some audios. Melbourne is blanketed in a thick fog. I did go out there at 7am dont know if I got enough sunlight in my eyes. Last night got a good nights sleep. GezzaP is struggling just a bit, hopefully she will get through today ok with her hypomania

yes, waiting for gut to right itself @GezzaP then shower, shave , shops/investigate printing. going to feel silly asking library if can do hundreds of pages . you know what  will find out.

there is a place in big town that does it. a few pages have to be high res tho as crappy handwriting w felt pen like 40 years ago ok psych records fm Army that record a detailed slur/hit job on me based on couple doodles on back of test paper k!lling time inexam knew I was going to fail. they tried to get me thrown out.would have been doing me a favor in hindsight.  that guff stayed on my records  for another 2years. I would get told I was oncourses then wasnt etc. I knew I was 'marked' just didnt know the extent of their efforts
