Thats good @TAB glad to hear youre coasting along ok. I've just done weights. Its quite cold and rainy in Melbourne. Will put my Oodie on. It keeps me so warm.

Never heard of Oodies until I saw fb friend wearing one @TAB sorry to hear you are struggling with your energy levels.  I was like that several years ago! It can be hard and soul destroying. Have been doing extra detox and feel so much better. Got no answers from medical profession just them telling me to exercise when I was feeling half dead
