Yes I've heard of that practice with eyes closed @TAB. I knew a suburban shaman who did solar gazing with eyes open during considered safe times when theres less or no UV but he sustained eye damage. Changes in the ozone layer in recent times may have something to do with it idk. I used to follow a solar gazer out of India and he never went blind. Onlookers thought he was mad

Thats nice @StuF. I used to do volunteer work for The Smith Family over 30 years ago. Had a destiny meeting with another volunteer who became a lasting friend. You can meet good people. She was a bookkeeper and i was an accounting graduate so we had things in common. I miss her to this day. She passed away over a decade ago. Couldn't have asked for a better person in my life. Loved her dearly
