Re: Far and Away

Hi again @BlueBay Glad to hear from you and pleased you're not feeling too bad. I hope everyone does the right thing this long weekend, and the weeks to come, because it will save lives. Do something nice for you BB, and take breaks when you need to. I'm not too bad too, I have seemed to pick up, in the last week, and focused on moving forward.

@Shaz51
It sounds as if you're between a rock and a hard place. There's not a lot you can do except remain as calm as you can. Speak slowly and softly to him. Breathe deeply and slowly beside him. Ask him to breathe with you. He may choose not to but it's possible he'll start breathing in a more controlled way automatically. This will help him to lower his anxiety levels a bit. When this happens he will start feeling more in control.
Take care of yourself too.
Luv n Hugs 💕🎶💕

Re: Far and Away

@Shaz51taking action will help him and then he can relax. Exercise is really good, I know you know my sister. And sometimes you just need help in getting started. Has he had a checkup recently and with blood tests? Hope this helps a little. Hugs..

Re: Far and Away

Sorry about last night, I got distracted with the news and tidying up. I hope the other guys were able to sit with you. Do you have much on today @Shaz51 ?

Re: Far and Away

G'day @oceangirl
Have a good day

Re: Far and Away

Hey everyone

Re: Far and Away

Thanks for the shoutout, it made me smile @MDT

Hope you have a good day too.

Re: Far and Away

Thanks @oceangirl. It will a quiet Easter with me and my 22 month old kelpie as I can't visit my family with the current restrictions. I've got plenty to do around the house and garden, so I'll be busy enough.
Wishing you a Happy Easter too 💕🎶💕

Re: Far and Away

Glad to hear it @oceangirl

Was gonna get a haircut today but not anymore. Might leave it another week. Just wanted a tidy up. But might be better to wait.

How are you today?

@Faith-and-Hope Finally finished for this term. I have not brought any books home but I will probably go in next week to do that. For today I just needed the break from it all - it has been a very long, draining week. We have successfully completed the planning for the first 3 weeks so although we are a bit behind where we wanted to be we are not far off that either ...and we will have time to finish when we go back as the first day is a student free day.

We have no idea how many kids we will have or what days we will be on class and what days teaching online - that is all in the hands of the principal now and she will decide all that for us depending on how many kids we are expecting and on what days.

It is a gorgeous afternoon here today so a lovely way to come home and enjoy a bit of sun with the fur babies. I am going to have an early dinner and then settle in for the night to rest.

I hope you have ticked a few more things off today and above all you are okay. Thinking of you a lot and sending you and Nelly hugs and a lot of love. Heart
