feeling more arthritic than had been recently @greenpea  guess its early, and poss still effects of swim 4 ish days, which thought had mostly recovered from til John Bunyan/Tree episode day before yest, palms of my hands even hurt after that lol

ok thats a pretty loose ref got from Uncle Scrooge comics as kid re chopping down trees, apple e was religous and preached from inside a tree and wrote at length about cutting down trees that didnt do what was expected of the lol , like bear fruit ha

yeah just checked temp, 14 deg here , that hasnt happened very often since nov maybe lol @MDT  coffee not strong enough here. may do bath for aches or go for walk, ok not past out of control dog place that slobbered on me other day on footpath attempting to bite me
