Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
My day has been alright with a few things that I did. I had my early appointment at the Plastics Clinic, and the nurse looked at my wounds. They are closing up, but at a snails pace. Paint would dry faster!
I came home and was bored, so I asked my manager at the op shop if she needed any help. She was orientating a couple of new volunteers so I went in for 3hours so she could focus on doing that without interruption.
Then I caught up with my mh case manager. He came to my home and had a cuppa and chat. I've not seen him in a couple of weeks as he's been away. He's really pleased about the job interview on Friday.
I've feed the cats and rang the vet earlier today to get a referral for a specialist ultrasound. That was a challenge because as soon as I mentioned Jasper was vomiting and loosing weight she wanted me to bring him to the vet immediately. It took some time to tell her that won't achieve anything, they won't give him medicines or any other treatment. She finally got the message.
So I'm just about to continue watching the library DVD I started on yesterday.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
Just a shite load of pain, i have a rather good pain tolerance and this one is making me physically sick for the past few hrs because of the pain. I see my gp in a few days so i dont want to go to the hospital and clog that system too. Ill see what this dr says first, hopefully they might be able to give something stronger or tell me what it might be. Ill explain abit more when theyve been and give update too.
Your day sounds pretty good though. Im glad the wounds are actually starting yo heal now but its a shme its so damn slow!
What movie are you watching?
Sitting with you too @Snowie i know its super tough for you so sending some extra hugs too 💜💜
