just got to do sets @GezzaP  build up to most/every day , have few days off then well say goingto 3x yrmax now, do 1/5thmax, rest a minute , repeat. do last ones in smaller and smaller if have to then few days off and do again til can do most days the trythe lotno break , easier thanyou thein but need like months lol .Idid that w situps in my 20s ok crunches got to 120 without stopping be lucky to do 10 atm lol

.. @GezzaP @SmilingGecko  I had to pay for smart meter as was going to get solar. it ruysn through some weird national company that duplicates yr provider , so would get duplicate and conflicting msgs about when it was going to happen etc. Cost $68 SA few years ago. didnt get solar as dont use enough power, plus not a fan of me being right and people telling me over phone I am wrong . so you are trying to sell me something for thousands but will to tell me I dont know cardinal points in relation to my house cos yr panel plan has all panels in shade ? basically they told me ne north was east and got quite put out when I told them where the sun tracks over my house cos'they are looking at satellite' and me living there in heatwaves means Nothing

anyway they wre prepared to lie to sell me something that would have been worn out and not paid off cos dont use enuf power.

also when got last a/c installed they forced the last cirucit breaker into box so prob need new box now and that couldbe thousands apparently ok smart meter onlypart of box

@Glisten  hey G when i was a baby my mum would sit me in front of a japanese show called shintaro the samuri. do you remember it? i loved it i would just sit there watching it for 30 mins without a single grizzle. i grew up loving japanese and chinese history, art etc.

I’ve got solar. Not sure if they put in a smart meter will have to go look @TAB . I have a big north facing roof space. I got a battery too. The cost of heating is what convinced me to go solar. Cooling in Summer isn’t too expensive except at night. But I can’t sleep on hot nights and sleep is vital for my mental health. Too little sleep and I get hypomanic. If I sleep too much I’m depressed. Need 7-9 hours sleep ideally currently getting 6-6.5 hours so getting there. I try not to nap during the day in the hope that I will sleep at night. Solar and battery expensive not sure yet if worth it.

When hypomanic easily sucked in to thinking I need stuff. Or my cat needs stuff to stay healthy. I am vulnerable and lacking judgement when hypomanic @Glisten . Maybe dopamine but more likely compulsive.

Latest word I’ve heard is that crunches are not good for your body @TAB . I’ll keep doing my physio and yoga plus going to add in some easier pilates. Trying to rebuild some of my strength. Still need gadget to open jars though ha ha.
